Lucid Adds New Leaders Across Commercial, Finance, and Marketing

Lucid Group has announced a round of executive appointments aimed at tightening its commercial operations, financial oversight, and brand presence. The company, known for its luxury electric vehicles and software-defined platform, is bringing in three new leaders to handle distinct areas of the business.

Shawn Mirabal steps in as President of North America Commercial. His role will focus on sales strategy and dealer network expansion across the region. Mirabal comes with a background in scaling automotive retail operations, and his immediate priority will be improving the delivery experience and building out Lucid's presence in key markets.

Mike Molino takes over as Vice President of Finance. His mandate is to sharpen cost controls and capital allocation as the company continues to ramp production of its Gravity SUV and Air sedan. Molino's experience in financial planning within the manufacturing sector is expected to help Lucid navigate the capital-intensive phase of scaling up.

Angela Zepeda has been named Vice President of Global Marketing. She will lead brand campaigns and customer engagement efforts, with a focus on differentiating Lucid's technology story in a crowded EV market. Zepeda is tasked with translating the company's engineering achievements into messaging that resonates with a broader audience beyond early adopters.

The appointments come at a pivotal time for Lucid, which is working to increase deliveries while managing costs.
