New Appointments to ITA Airways Board by Italian Ministry of Economy

Joerg Eberhart and Lorenza Maggio have been appointed today to the five-member Board of Directors of ITA Airways by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). Eberhart, 54, has been pivotal in the strategic development of the Lufthansa Group, holding the position of Head of Strategy & Organizational Development since 2021. His extensive experience in the aviation sector is expected to bring valuable insights to ITA Airways as it continues to navigate the challenges of the airline industry.
Lorenza Maggio, whose background includes significant expertise in finance and management, is also set to play a crucial role in shaping the future of ITA Airways.
