BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., December 04, 2025—TriMas has officially announced the appointment of Paul Swart as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 15, 2025. This strategic decision comes as the company continues to strengthen its leadership team. Paul Swart will report directly to Thomas Snyder, the President and Chief Executive Officer of TriMas.

Swart's extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning is expected to play a pivotal role in guiding the company's financial initiatives and overall business strategy. He takes over the position from Teresa Finley, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and is also a member of the TriMas Board.
